Job Details:
The Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA)Manageris responsible forthe daily management of all activities within the FSQA department, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role includes the implementation and execution of food safety programs, adherence to specifications, andmaintainingproduct quality within the assigned facility. The FSQA Manager will also oversee departmental budgets, turnover, safety, and special projects.
Responsibilities
Policy Adherence: Ensure all Tyson FSQA policies and procedures are followed.
Leadership: Lead FSQA Supervisors and FSQA Technicians, includingselectionand training.
Production Verification: Oversee production practices from raw material/live animal receiving through finished product quality and Food Safety Systems.
Sanitation Support:Monitorpreoperational and operational sanitation.
