3am-12pm/ 4am-1pm (OT required based on production needs)
Transport is provided for employees residing within the vicinity of the central kitchen
4-days of work, 1-day off cycle (Inclusive of weekends & public holidays)

Job Responsibilities
Measure, cut and prepare ingredients following recipes and production schedules.
Cook ingredients to required temperatures, adhering to food safety standards and proper cooking techniques.
Assemble sandwiches accurately and efficiently, following standard recipes, portion control guidelines and presentation standards.
Package finished products—ensuring proper sealing and labelling.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment and machines in accordance with company's SOPs and food safety standards.
