The Production Agent provides technical support via hotline and operational monitoring of fiber connection interventions. He/She is in direct contact with field technicians and customers to ensure service quality and smooth operations.
Main tasks
Monitor and support field technicians via incoming calls (hotline) Schedule customer appointments (outgoing calls) Perform qualifications in the instances' tools Handle customer complaints by providing quick and effective solutions Required profile :
Bac+ 2/3 maximum in computer networks Proven experience in technical hotline or customer support Basic technical knowledge in fiber connection (FTTH) Ideally, initial experience in the telecommunications field Excellent oral communication in French Ease in customer relations
