Job Summary

The Fulfillment Specialist Reliever is responsible for successfully closing donor and new sponsor acquisitions by delivering exceptional customer service and support across multiple communication channels, including phone, SMS, email, social media, web chat, and messaging applications. The role ensures a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for donors and sponsors in Quezon City for a fixed‑term period of two months.

Responsibilities

• Prospect Follow‑up & Sponsorship Engagement
  Actively follow up potential sponsors and donors through calls, SMS, Olark, Viber, WhatsApp, social media accounts, and email. Gather sponsor information and educate prospects about World Vision child sponsorship. Result: All targeted potential sponsors and donors are consistently reached out to and properly followed up.
