The Role
We're hiring a Fulfillment & Support Manager to own and improve how we deliver for customers. This is a player-coach role — you’ll learn every step of the work yourself, then step back to run and improve the operation rather than fill orders day to day.
At the heart of the role is turning a complex, rules-heavy process into something repeatable and reliable: learning the workflow, spotting where it breaks, writing clear workflows and SOPs that survive turnover, and following each order through to make sure it’s actually fulfilled — then finding ways to keep processing fast and accurate as volume grows.
