The Fulfilment Lead (Vaal) is required for the direct management, implementation, and monitoring of a client focused fulfilment operation store in order to achieve the efficient delivery of the right goods to the right customer at the right time.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage and monitor fulfilment operations

• Compile relevant fulfilment plans aligned to the overall supply chain and logistics.
• Strategic plan.
• Manage the effective and efficient implementation of all relevant fulfilment processes.
• Manage and implement a service-focused customer fulfilment function.
• Manage internal controls with regards to processes and fulfilment administration.
• Assist in the development of fulfilment facility risk management policies and procedures.
