Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations in Denver, Colorado. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate financial records, and communicate effectively across teams. The successful candidate will bring strong bookkeeping expertise, sound judgment, and hands-on experience with core accounting and payroll processes.
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee the complete bookkeeping cycle, ensuring financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
β’ Handle vendor payments and customer billing activities, including monitoring outstanding balances and resolving discrepancies.
β’ Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries to maintain reliable and current financial records.
