Description
A well-established local CPA firm is seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their growing team on a contract-to-hire basis. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of small and mid-sized business clients while handling full-cycle bookkeeping, financial reporting, and client account management.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced public accounting environment.
Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple client accounts
+ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
+ Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
+ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
+ Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger
+ Assist with payroll processing and payroll tax reporting
+ Prepare and file sales tax returns
