Property Management & Real Estate Company

Our client is seeking a hands-on Stand-Alone Controller to lead all accounting and financial operations for a growing property management and real estate company. This role will oversee the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and compliance across multiple properties and entities.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage day-to-day accounting, including general ledger, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end close

+ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

+ Oversee property-level and corporate accounting for multiple entities

+ Monitor cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

+ Reconcile tenant ledgers, security deposits, intercompany accounts, and CAM charges

+ Coordinate with property management on rent rolls, billing, collections, and reporting
