Position Overview
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to support a manufacturing operation in Florida. This contract opportunity has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for someone who can confidently manage day-to-day accounting activities while keeping payroll, payables, receivables, and financial records accurate and organized. The role requires strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks and the ability to work effectively in an onsite, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping functions, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily accounting operations.
β’ Process payroll and coordinate timely payroll payments while ensuring employee time records are reviewed and approved correctly.
