Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Pinehurst, North Carolina. This is a long-term contract position requiring someone who is detail oriented and has strong financial management skills to oversee a variety of accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
β’ Oversee full-cycle payroll operations, including preparation, processing, and compliance.
β’ Perform monthly close procedures, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and reconciled.
β’ Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
