Description
We are working on an opportunity for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who can oversee day-to-day bookkeeping functions, maintain accurate financial records, and support overall financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activity.
+ Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
+ Prepare financial statements, month-end reports, and other accounting documentation.
+ Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
+ Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial reporting.
+ Support audits, tax preparation, and special accounting projects as needed.
