Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join a long-established organization in San Diego, California that supports clients in the financial services sector. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full accounting cycle, collaborating across multiple departments, and bringing accuracy and accountability to day-to-day financial operations. The person in this role will manage core bookkeeping functions, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting while helping maintain smooth financial processes in an onsite environment.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage the complete bookkeeping cycle, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily accounting operations across the business.
β’ Process accounts payable transactions, monitor recurring and online payments, and ensure vendor obligations are handled in a timely manner.
