Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.

+ Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice entry, coding, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations.

+ Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable, including customer invoicing, cash applications, collections, and account reconciliations.

+ Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.

+ Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
