We’re hiring: Full‑Cycle Sales — Kombo AI (Barcelona | Hybrid) B2B Sales - Pipeline + Closing - Spanish & English required
At KomboAI, we build software that helps sales teams sell better (more pipeline, better conversations, more wins). We’re looking for a young, hungry, high‑energy full‑cycle seller who genuinely loves sales and wants to grow fast while helping us scale across Spain and new international markets.
Responsibilities
- Own the full commercial cycle end‑to‑end: prospect and generate pipeline (LinkedIn, email, outbound sequences, referrals, events)
- Run discovery calls and qualify opportunities
- Demo the product and build business cases/ROI narratives
- Handle objections and drive deals to close
- Work closely with founders & product to sharpen positioning, pricing, and playbooks
- Help us open new markets (national + international) and build a repeatable GTM engine
