Full Stack Developer (Backend‑Focused)

Location: Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad (Contour Software offices)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable applications using TypeScript (Node.js/NestJS/Socket.io).
• Design event‑driven systems backed by RabbitMQ/AMQP.
• Design and implement efficient database schemas and queries using MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, with hands‑on experience in EKS (Kubernetes) for containerized deployments.
• Write comprehensive automated tests using Jest and Cypress to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design robust and scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in coding, architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
