ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyse complex requirements and develop robust, scalable enterprise platforms
• Design, build, and maintain applications across backend and frontend
• Review and present system solution designs to Product Owners and IT leadership
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and best practices
• Drive testing, defect resolution , and production readiness
• Support system implementation, deployment, and release activities
• Provide third‑level production support and post‑deployment hyper‑care
• Prepare and maintain system and technical documentation (ISO‑aligned)
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Coach and support colleagues and users when required
