You've likely been part of a larger engineering organization. You know how to ship at scale, you've worked within mature systems, and you've delivered inside them. But at some point the slow decisions, the layers of process, and the feeling that your work disappears into a machine started to weigh on you. You want to matter. You want to see the direct line between what you build and what the product becomes. That's what this is.

As our Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you won't inherit someone else's architecture you'll shape it. You'll work directly with the founding team in Barcelona, take ownership of key feature verticals, and see your code in the hands of real legal professionals within days of writing it.
