Position Overview
Job Description
Support New Balance’s Membership product team, primarily backend-focused
Build and enhance features for the membership program
Integrate across multiple systems including:
Salesforce Commerce Cloud (website)
Emarsys (email marketing)
Aptos (POS system)
Salesforce CRM (new implementation
•Work within a mature microservices / pub-sub architecture
•Collaborate closely with developers, QA, product owner, and tech leads
•Contribute to testing, support, and ongoing enhancements
•Help refine requirements and reduce bottlenecks in development
