As you manage caseloads, you will gather information, develop Behavioral Assessment Reports, and train caregivers on support plans. Strong analytical skills and experience in a clinical environment are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of 8-10 clients effectively
• Develop Behaviour Assessment Reports and support plans
• Monitor client behavior through data collection
• Facilitate skill-building groups for clients and caregivers
• Provide staff training on behavioral strategies

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field
