The DA position will provide support and assistance to the Dentist for comprehensive, general dental care in a team-based, patient-centered, integrated primary care environment.
This multi-site health program offers a variety of medical, dental, behavioral, pharmacy and other community programs. Providers and staff enjoy lower patient volume, no call, no weekends, no holidays.
Competitive salary ($15-$33/hr), depending on qualifications licensure/expanded function, and generous benefits including 100% paid medical/dental/vision, short and long term disability, life insurance, 7% 401k retirement match, 12 paid holidays and 28 days PTO .
Candidates must have 1+ year experience, coronal polishing and radiology certifications.
