Position Overview

Responsibilities
/ Skills/ Duties: Maintain a professional yet welcoming atmosphere in the leasing office and throughout the resident-facing areas. 

Inspect models and make-ready units daily to ensure cleanliness and appeal.

Respond promptly to all inquiries and communication from prospects and residents. 

Demonstrate knowledge of local rental market conditions. 

Accurately complete all lease paperwork and applicant communications. 

Conduct follow-up with prospects to encourage leasing commitments. 

Participate in monthly trainings, including Fair Housing and Leasing best practices. 

Assist with outreach marketing efforts as assigned.

Ensure maintenance follows up on deficiencies noted during move-in inspections. 

Conduct all business in compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other applicable laws.
