Cyberbacker is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Listing Backer to support the end-to-end listing process. In this role, you will ensure property listings are accurate, well-coordinated, and efficiently managed from preparation to closing.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and finalize listing agreements and related documentation with accuracy and compliance

Input and update new property listings in system databases

Prepare and organize listing documents (Seller’s Disclosures, Lead-Based Paint forms, HOA documents, etc.)

Coordinate property photoshoots, open houses, and showings

Collect and compile feedback from showings for seller reporting
