At Unispace, we're looking for a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead the commercial, technical and strategic planning of high-profile workplace and commercial interior projects across Spain.
This is a role for someone who understands how projects are won, planned, procured and successfully delivered. Someone equally comfortable reviewing drawings, building budgets, managing supply chains, negotiating with subcontractors and advising clients.
You'll become a key voice in the business, helping steer projects worth up to €15m from opportunity through mobilisation, ensuring every programme, budget and procurement strategy is set up for success before delivery begins.
