Responsibilities

Manage buyer and seller transactions from executed contract to closing.

Coordinate with title companies, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, agents, and clients.

Track deadlines, schedules, and transaction milestones.

Maintain accurate records and ensure file compliance.

Coordinate closing, moving, and possession schedules.

Update and manage client information in the database.
