The Functional Area Lead – Ripline is responsible for bringing new equipment from concept to reality—and doing it safely, efficiently, and collaboratively. The Functional Area Lead is responsible for setting and meeting aggressive targets in safety, quality, production, uptime, efficiency and spending.

We’re looking for a Functional Area Lead – Ripline to join our Athabasca OSB Division, located in Slave Lake, Alberta. This state‑of‑the‑art facility has the longest continuous press in North America, giving us the ability to produce a diverse range of innovative products for customers around the world. This role puts you at the center of high‑impact projects, leading installations from planning through start‑up, training operators, and championing safety every step of the way.
