The Functional Team Lead

The Functional Team Lead is a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of people leadership and hands‑on delivery. You will lead and develop a growing team of Solution Consultants in our Partner Ready Product Acceleration program, while continuing to contribute directly to customer implementations. As the team grows, the balance will shift progressively towards leadership, but right now, both dimensions matter equally. This role is central to Basware’s “Customer First, Partner Enabled” strategy and requires someone who leads by example, with a proactive mindset for leveraging AI to drive efficiency across both delivery and team operations.

Responsibilities
