Babylonstoren is seeking a dynamic, highly organised, and service-driven Functions & Guest Experience Manager to oversee all functions, weddings, conferences, private events, and group bookings from initial enquiry through to final execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full coordination, administration, and operational delivery of events, while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ management experience within restaurants, hotels, lodges, wine estates, or event environments.
