Key Responsibilities
1. Service Delivery & Operations
Support FA service delivery, ensuring all responsible deliverables are completed accurately and on time in accordance with quality standards
Proceed NAV calculation, reconciliation, valuation, reporting, and related accounting processes
Serve as the client contact window, responsible for communicating with clients and discussing their accounting requirements.
2. Governance, Risk & Compliance
Support departmental operations comply with local and group regulatory requirements, and support internal and external audits
3. Projects Support
Participate in FA-related projects, process improvements, and system initiatives/test.
Maintain good relationships with clients.
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by department head.
