**Description**

SAIC is seeking a **Fundamental Research Policy Analyst** to support the Office of Naval Research (ONR) Enterprise (NRE) as part of a cross-functional Department of Navy (DON)/Deputy Undersecretary of the Navy (Intelligence & Security) team charged with developing, implementing, and overseeing the ONR Fundamental Research Due Diligence Review (DDR) process. This position is hybrid remote. When onsite work will be in Arlington, VA.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Support, develop, and contribute to the comprehensive review of Fundamental Research (FR) proposals and associated entities. The expected workload requires 1,500 reviews and written inputs annually.
+ Perform research and analysis of entities to identify patterns, concerns, or threats aiding in efforts to identify potential flags for referral to NCIS. Flags include associated entities and other adversarial threats to DON and DOD programs.
