**What You'll Do**
As a Fabrication Technician, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality finished products by:

+ Reading blueprints, drawings, and production routings to understand product specifications.
+ Applying glue, spray adhesive, stains, toners, dyes, and polyurethane finishes using spray equipment.
+ Sanding, tacking, and preparing surfaces between finish applications.
+ Inspecting finished products, identifying defects, and performing touch-ups as needed.
