Position Overview

            Responsibilities  AI-Assisted Development (Vibe Coding)  Use AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Figma Make) to rapidly build prototypes and working solutions 
Refine AI-generated outputs to improve structure, logic, and reliability for real-world use 
Apply judgement on when to prototype, configure, or fully engineer solutions 
Review AI-generated code for quality, security, and production readiness 
Guide stakeholders on transitioning from prototype to production-grade solutions 
 Low-Code / No-Code Development  Design and configure workflows, forms, and applications using low-code/no-code platforms 
Translate business use cases into functional implementations (e.g. approvals, automation flows) 
Configure data models, business rules, and process logic 
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform best practices
