Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities  Support the design of user flows, wireframes, and UI for GatherSG features and enhancements. 
Translate product requirements and user needs into clear, usable design solutions. 
Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and senior designers. 
 Research & Discovery Support  Assist with user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and synthesis. 
Help document user insights and translate findings into design improvements. 
Learn to ask the right questions to better understand user problems and contexts. 
 Design System Usage  Use design system consistently when designing product features. 
Follow established components, patterns, and guidelines to ensure quality and consistency. 
Provide feedback or flag gaps in the design system when you encounter limitations.
