- Oversee daily vehicle operations, including scheduling and driver coordination - Manage company facilities such as the office building, meeting rooms, and canteen - Supervise drivers, office support staff, and security personnel - Handle expatriate staff administration, including work visa processing - Assist in monitoring the implementation of HRGA KPIs - Provide Japanese–local staff translation and interpretation - Conduct routine plant inspections and patrols to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with internal standards - Organize training sessions to promote environmental awareness among employees - Monitor and manage petty cash for GA operations - Serve as the main point of contact (PIC) for Japanese expatriate staff, supporting their daily work, accommodation, and living needs - Other responsibilities as needed
