Job Description
- Provide accurate and professional interpretation services for meetings, discussions, and communications between Japanese and Indonesian stakeholders.
- Bridge communications between Japanese expatriate and local staff.
- Supervise and manage general administrative staff and coordinate their daily tasks and activities.
- Oversee facilities management, maintenance and cleanliness standards across office premises.
- Handle administrative documentation, record-keeping, and filing systems.
- Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in administrative matters.
- Monitor and maintain office security, access control, and visitor management procedures.
