Position Overview

            (Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional introduction to the EVA experience.  
Brief guests on game objectives, rules, safety procedures, and equipment usage before each session.  
Monitor gameplay and provide guidance or assistance to ensure guests enjoy the best possible experience.  
Operate and manage game systems, equipment, and control consoles during game sessions.  
Reset game rooms and equipment between sessions to ensure readiness for the next group.  
Perform routine inspections to ensure all gaming equipment and facilities are clean, safe, and fully operational.  
Troubleshoot basic technical or operational issues and escalate major problems to the Technical Team when necessary.  
Ensure all guests comply with safety regulations and company policies throughout the experience.
