Responsibilities

• Player Experience & Insights : Utilize methods such as community observation, surveys, in-depth interviews, and player sentiment analysis (evaluating forum and community data) to deeply understand the preferences and needs of players in target regions. Analyze player behavior and motivations within their local cultural context. Regularly deliver insightful reports to provide actionable, data-driven recommendations for the project team regarding product optimization, localization strategies, and operational decisions
• Community & User Management : Manage day-to-day operations and foster engagement across global gaming communities (e.g., Discord). Actively interact with players, aggregate user feedback, and analyze community discussions to proactively flag shifts in player sentiment or potential PR risks. Build strong player relationships to drive community growth, retention, and a strong sense of belonging
