Job Summary

The Automotive Customer Quality Engineer serves as the primary quality interface between our company and automotive customers. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customers’ complaints and driving all quality-related issues from containment actions to long term corrective and preventive actions. The candidate needs to be a customer-focused problem-solver who can work in high-pressure situations, understand customer requirements and actively work with cross team to meet/ exceed customers’ expectations.
