As the Service Operations Manager Marine Aftermarket, you lead the global Marine field service team. You are responsible for a safe, reliable, and efficient service execution onboard vessels, both on voyage and during dry-dockings.You coordinate the field service engineer (FSE) preparation, mobilization, tooling requirements, planning of workflows, and post-job quality reporting.You act as the execution backbone of the Marine Aftermarket organization, ensuring consistent OEM-level service worldwide, and you will be a key contributor to establish the Marine Aftermarket organization as recognized benchmark in the Marine industry.Your mission is to deliver world-class Marine service execution by ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.
