Position Overview

            Description  Plant, cultivate, and maintain a variety of plants, flowers, and gardens. 
Monitor plant health, applying fertilizers and pesticides as necessary. 
Design and implement landscape enhancements and improve garden aesthetics. 
Perform regular maintenance tasks such as pruning, weeding, and watering. 
Keep detailed records of plant care and garden maintenance activities. 
 
Requirements  Educational Qualifications:  High School Diploma or equivalent 
Experience Level:  0–2 years 
Skills and Competencies:  Basic gardening skills and knowledge of plant care 
Qualities and Traits:  Attention to detail, physical stamina, and a passion for gardening 
Responsibilities and Duties:  Ability to follow instructions and work independently
