**Job Description Summary**
In this role you will be responsible for driving the market share growth of high voltage Gas insulated Switchgear (GIS) in North America region. You will also be responsible for developing business strategy to meet order intake and profitability targets. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge of high voltage equipment specifically in the North America market.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Develop a strong technical expertise on Gas Insulated Switchgear
+ Provide technical advice and training to the Sales Team and Customers that will help to promote the benefits of GE Vernova’s technology.
+ Be responsible to achieve Order Intake and profitability targets.
+ Understand the RFQ / Customer's demand.
+ Trigger the tendering process: Go/No Go, target price setting, value proposition parameters, winning strategies.
