Overall FeedbackResponsibilities & Key Deliverables As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee in the Tractor Assembly department, you will be involved in supporting the assembly of tractors and sub-assemblies while gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in assembly line activities, maintaining production records, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards throughout the assembly process.
You will support the team in identifying and resolving assembly-related issues, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining accurate documentation of production and quality parameters. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, you will gain exposure to end-to-end tractor manufacturing processes.
