Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
This member assists the Inside Sales Managers in compiling documentation, generating client quotations, client communications, entry/update of quotes and other information into CRM, update information in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), market research and other tasks as needed.
Specific Responsibilities
At all times, complies with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.Assists in the compilation of documentation required for RFPs – certifications, resumes, etc.Generates quotes that are accurate and branded according to SGS standardsInputs quotations and RFPs into CRM systemsAssists in follow up notifications on older existing dealsUpdates client owners, client names, and other information, as needed, in CRM systemsServes as the main points of contact for ship owners and other customers requesting SGS services
