Chitra is seeking an experienced Maven Smart System Instructor to assist with the following duties and responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities Teach Common Operational Picture (COP) and Maven Smart System (MSS) courses. Conduct training in Resident Classroom environments (Fort Eustis, VA), Virtual environments (Teams, VTC, LMS), and Mobile Training Teams (MTTs) at CONUS and OCONUS locations. Support up to 15 JDTC catalog courses annually. Perform pre- and post-course administrative tasks. Participate in military exercises as over-the-shoulder trainers, exercise development team members, and control cell personnel. Attend and contribute to meetings, conferences, working groups, and curriculum review boards. Serve as Course Director when assigned. Compile student test data and certify student learning objectives. Assist with curriculum improvement and distance‑learning courseware development.
