Job Overview

We are building a world‑class AI & Data team within Santander’s Chief Data & Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAIO) division, focused on delivering scalable, secure, and resilient AI solutions in the banking sector.

The role is based in Madrid and is part of the AI Tech team, working closely with AI experts, data scientists, ML engineers, and enterprise technology partners to accelerate AI product delivery and support responsible AI at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models and GenAI applications.
• Build and maintain cloud‑native infrastructure (GCP) supporting the full AI lifecycle: data ingestion, model training, production deployment and monitoring.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or InfraManager.
