The ServiceNow Business Analyst will lead the analysis, design, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, IRM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, SPM, and integrations. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong process orientation, and the ability to independently drive client engagements.
