**Job Description Summary**
The Electrical Design Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing the products within the gas power portfolio. This role involves working in the Services stage of the product lifecycle, to deliver new products to equipment in the field and also provide field issue resolution. The engineer will ensure technical excellence, safety, and performance of electrical components and systems through advanced analysis, innovative design, and continuous improvement.

+ Design and analyze electrical components throughout the gas power product portfolio.
+ Perform thermal, stress, and modal analysis of components within the gas turbine, steam, generator, aeroderivative, and powerplant accessory space.
