Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Manage all accounting transactions 
Publish financial statements in time 
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings 
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable 
Ensure timely bank payments 
cash collections and record keeping 
Compute VAT/taxes and prepare tax returns 
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements 
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity 
Audit financial transactions and documents 
Order Processing 
issue sales Invoices 
inventory management (consumption / reorder level/monitor stock) 
Manage Procurements & Logistics 
Manage Shopify and Online trading procedures 
legal compliance and finance controls
