Responsibilities

• Manage and record daily financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely entries
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and general ledger reconciliation
• Support internal and external audit activities with proper documentation and analysis
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of Philippine accounting principles and financial reporting
