Role Purpose:
Ensure the overall maintenance and management of office facilities, properties, supplies, and provide a safe work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Facilities and Property Management
a. Ensure proper and periodic maintenance and upkeep of office premises, facilities, furniture and fixtures, equipment and vehicles.
b. Facilitate lease renewal of the bank’s office premises and the management of expatriate employees’ condominiums.
c. Maintain an updated insurance coverage of the bank’s properties and fixed assets.
d. Facilitate provision and installation of security, health and safety requirements in the premises and ensure prevention of physical work hazards.
e. Facilitate occupancy and space management.
f. Oversee performance of outsourced services (reception, housekeeping).
